1. What types of devices can you recover data from?

We recover data from a wide range of devices, including:

  • Hard disk drives (HDD)
  • Solid-state drives (SSD)
  • USB flash drives
  • SD cards
  • RAID arrays
  • CCTV devices
  • Mobile phones and tablets
  • Servers and other digital storage media.

2. Can you recover data from water-damaged or physically damaged devices?

Yes, we specialize in recovering data from devices that have suffered physical damage due to water, fire, impacts, or other accidents. However, the success rate depends on the extent of the damage.

3. Can you recover data from encrypted devices?

Yes, we have expertise in recovering data from encrypted drives. However, you will need to provide us with the encryption key or credentials to access the data. If you cannot provide encryption keys, it might increase the time to access and recover your data.

4. How do I ensure the security of my recovered data?

We follow strict security protocols throughout the recovery process. All recovered data is stored in a secure environment, and we use encryption where necessary. Additionally, we securely delete all copies of your data from our systems after you have received it.

5. How does the data recovery process works?

We first run diagnostics tests (diagnosis phase) and see whether the data can be restored and then we recover your data (data recovery phase).

6. Do I have to pay for the diagnosis?

No. You don't pay for diagnosis. We will inform you about whether your data can be saved or not. how much of your data can be saved.

7. Do you guarantee 100% data recovery?

While we have a high success rate, 100% data recovery cannot always be guaranteed due to the condition of the device. We do our best to retrieve as much data as possible, and we will inform you of the expected recovery outcome after our initial diagnosis. If we cannot retrieve any data, you don't have to pay anything!
