1. How will I receive my recovered data?

Recovered data will be delivered on a new hard drive or external storage device. You can pick up the data in person at our office or we can ship it to you via cargo for an additional fee. Please ensure that your new hard drive has enough capacity for the recovered data. For large amounts of data, we can share your data through cloud services as well. 

2. Can I track my cargo shipment?

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number after shipping your recovered data. You can monitor the shipment’s status via the courier’s website.

3. Is there a warranty on the recovered data?

We ensure that the data is fully operational when returned to you. However, we recommend that you immediately back up the recovered data to prevent future loss.

4. What happens to my data after you deliver it to me?

We will only keep your data in our systems until you confirm that you have recieved your data and you can open your files. Afterwards, we will securely delete all copies of your data in our systems.
