Pricing

Our data recovery service comprises two phases: Phase 1 (Preliminary Analysis) and Phase 2 (Data Recovery). 

PHASE I: Preliminary Analysis

In principle, we provide free analysis for our customers for most of their memory devices and computers if the analysis is done within up to 3 days. However, if there is an urgency, we can also provide a paid expedited analysis within 24 hours for 80 Euros per piece. 

In the event of a positive outlook, a no-obligation offer will be made to you. If you accept the offer, we will proceed to the data recovery phase. If you do not accept the offer, we can send your device to you via courier service for a fee of €20 plus VAT. 

When data recovery is not possible (due to physical damage or technical limitations), you have the choice to either retrieve the faulty data carrier, have it securely destroyed by us at no charge, or request its return via courier service for a fee of €20 plus VAT.

PHASE II: Data Recovery

Upon your acceptance of the offer, we will schedule the data recovery process based on the timeframe you select (ranging from 24 hours to two weeks). Actual data recovery will commence only after based on your designated time. If, contrary to expectations, data recovery becomes complicated and your data isn’t saved, you will incur no additional charges apart from the possible return shipping fee. In the case of partial recovery, a percentage of the quoted amount will be invoiced, as detailed in the offer.

EXCEPTION: Should the analysis reveal that recovery poses significant challenges or requires special parts of the memory module to be replaced or repaired, you will be notified with another offer and asked to agree to prepay the associated costs. 

PAYMENT: Except in cases outlined above, the invoice will be issued only upon completion of the recovery process, following confirmation of the recovered data list. Data will be returned after receipt of payment confirmation.

If we cannot recover your data, you don’t have to pay for the data retrieval efforts.

Please note that these prices are for HDDs/SSDs with up to 3 TB memory. Devices with higher than 3 TB memory might have higher prices based on how big the memory module is.
